Inter-class Football Tournament for different departmental male students was held from 27thAugust to 29thAugust,2018 in the play-ground adjacent to the college.The participants, under the guidance of Sri Biswabandhu Nayek of Physical Education Department of the college, participated enthusiastically and exhibited excellent sportsmanship.In this Tournament, six teams participated. The finals of the Tournament was played between B.A(General-2ndYear) and B.Com (General-3rd Year), where B.A (General 2nd Year) team become the champion and B.Com (General 3rdYear) team was declared the runner-up. B.A (General 2nd Year)was victorious in (2-1) Goal and bagged the Inter Class Trophy. Arif Mondal of B.Com(G) 3rd Year became the Man of the Tournament with highest goal-scorer. The participants from all the six teams took part with gusto and displayed endurance, determination, team spirit and tactical knowledge which was eloquently visible throughout the tournament. The Tournament was a grand success as it showcased a healthy competition and a spirited fight amongst the participants.

Moumita Mitra of the same department. The finals of the Tournament was played between B.A (General-3ndYear) and B.Com (Hon-3rdYear), where B.A(General 2nd Year) team again become the champion and B.Com (Hons 3rd Year) team was declared the runner-up. B.A (General 2nd Year) was victorious in (3-2) goal and bagged the Inter Class Trophy. Suman Sarkar of B.A (General-3ndYear)became the Man of the Tournament with highest goal scorer.
The Blood Donation Camps were organized to celebrate the World Red Cross Day by the College in collaboration with West Bengal Voluntary Blood Donors, Barasat and under supervision of Dr. Rajesh Sarkar, the consultant doctor of the college. Teachers, students and local people donated blood in the camp. Refreshments were arranged for the blood donors and the organizers during the camps.
The members of the Alumni association along with fifteen students of the college participated in relief works during the COVID-19 pandemic lock down period. The then local MLA Sri Dhiman Roy supported the initiative. Grocery items were delivered to around 300 poor family in 2 phases and feeding of the street dogs (around 100 street dogs per day) were made for 45 consecutive days during the first lock down period. Distribution of foods and sanitization materials were also made to the primary school students of Gandhi Centenary B.P.C. Modern School. The Alumni Association in collaboration with the Department of Microbiology and Department of Physiology celebrated the World Health Day on 7TH APRIL 2022, 9 AMTO 12 PM in the college auditorium by organizing Free Health Check-Up For Students, Teaching And Non-Teaching Staff. Dr. Rajesh Sarkar, the Consultant Doctor of the college was the chief resource person, assisted by Mrs. Tanushree Bose Das of Physiology Dept. and Mrs. Anwesha Chattopadhyay of the Microbiology
dept. of the college.
The Alumni Association in collaboration with the Department of Environmental Studies and Social Entrepreneurship, Swachhta & Rural Engagement Cell of the college observed the World Environment Day on 5th June, 2023 at 6:30 PM in online mode. The subject of discussion was on waste management and ways to reduce E-waste. Dr. Monojit Mondal, National Post-Doctoral Research Fellow, School of Environmental Studies, Jadavpur University was the resource person. On the occasion, a grant was made to distribute and plant trees in the college campus.
